Neck Pain

There are many causes of chronic neck pain. Neck pain may be caused by serious conditions affecting the cervical spine, seeing a neck specialist is always recommended to ensure a cervical spinal issue does not exist.

In the absence of serious spinal disease, neck pain is often caused by trigger points (MTrPs) of the neck, chest, shoulders, or upper back. Furthermore, trigger points may still be the primary source of neck pain even when spinal disease is present, making diagnosis and treatment challenging even to skilled clinicians.

Fortunately, using our cutting-edge technology, our therapists can pinpoint and treat trigger points anywhere in the body, including those that cause neck pain.  AWT is safe, effective, requires no downtime, and is associated with minimal discomfort. Our treatments do not replace traditional therapies, they complement them.
